Employer of Choice for Women citations.
We would like to add our congratulations to Blake Dawson Waldron, Henry Davis York, Minter Ellison, Sparke Helmore, Allens Arthur Robinson and Maddocks, recipients of the EOWA award. Further to the article by Kate Gibbs, Women in Law Editor at Lawyers Weekly, we will be following up for details on how they actively recognise and address the needs of their female workers to allow them to reach their full potential. This will be posted on our website under Work Opportunities for Women Lawyers. We would be also like to receive information on your policies and programs that address these needs and identify you as a preferred 'employer of choice for women in law' to include in development of this resource.

Please feel free to pass this email onto colleagues and ensure they are on our email/invite list. Whilst we develop our 2005 schedule, we are delighted to advise that The Honourable Justice McHugh has confirmed that he will be our guest speaker at a cocktail event, Wednesday 17th August in Newcastle.
